“Food Safety Training on Quality Control Development (QC), GMP, and HACCP” trained by Eco Agri Co.,Ltd
On November 25-26, 2021, Cambodia Pepper and Spices Federation (CPSF) under grant support Feed the Future Cambodia Harvest II “Harvest II” in the program of “Export Mission to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)” conducted a training called “Food Safety Training on Quality Control Development (QC), GMP, and HACCP” trained by Eco Agri Co.,Ltd.
This event was occurred through the participation from 20 companies in the MENA program, representatives Cambodia Harvest II, and representatives from Eco Agri Co.,Ltd. There were around 45 participants. This event was carried out with 2 purposes, first is to provide the awareness of food safety to all companies related to their processed products to ensure that all of their products aligned with the right standards of food safety which will not harm to consumers’ health. The second purpose is to make the additional awareness to exporters as well as processors on GMP and HACCP which are the important standards for assuring on safety of the consumers and to provide the guidelines to whom want to request for the certificate of these 2 standards.
As the result, all participants put all of their effort to produce the productive to these 2 days training and they asked many questions related to the food safety. In short, they have clearly understood on food safety and some companies are under the consideration of requesting for the certification of these standards. Lastly, Eco Agri Co., Ltd. would like to thank to Cambodia Pepper and Spices Federation (CPSF) and all participants for spending time to attend in this essential training.
